Ma. Flordeliza Rabonza-De Guzman, MAEd is a seasoned academic leader and education advocate with over 21 years of experience in shaping quality learning environments. As the Vice President for Academic Affairs at St. Bernadette College of Alabang, she plays a central role in driving academic excellence, fostering faculty development, and implementing forward-thinking educational strategies that support student achievement and institutional growth.

Her journey in education began as a Music Teacher at PAREF Woodrose School, where she spent five formative years honing her passion for teaching and curriculum development. She later transitioned into leadership at St. Bernadette College of Alabang, first serving as Principal, and now providing strategic oversight as the Vice President for Academic Affairs.

Rabonza-De Guzman holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education and a Diploma in Creative Performing Musical Arts from the University of the Philippines – Diliman. Deeply committed to professional growth and educational leadership, she earned a Master of Arts in Educational Management from the Philippine Normal University – Manila and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management and Leadership.

In her executive role, she champions academic innovation, outcomes-based education, and holistic student development. Her leadership is marked by a commitment to cultivating a thriving academic culture where both educators and learners are empowered to grow, explore, and excel.

With her strong foundation in educational management, curriculum design, and faculty engagement, Ma.
