Hi I'm Ma. Flordeliza Rabonza-De Guzman
Vice President for Academic Affairs 

With over 21 years of dedicated service in the field of education, I am proud to serve as the Vice President for Academic Affairs at St. Bernadette College of Alabang. My professional journey has been guided by a passion for academic excellence, leadership, and the transformative power of education.

I hold a Bachelor of Music in Music Education and a Diploma in Creative Performing Musical Arts from the University of the Philippines – Diliman. Committed to lifelong learning, I furthered my academic career at the Philippine Normal University – Manila, where I earned a Master of Arts in Educational Management and am currently completing my Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management and Leadership.

My teaching career began at PAREF Woodrose School, where I served as a Music Teacher for five enriching years. I later joined St. Bernadette College of Alabang, initially as Principal, and have since taken on the role of Vice President for Academic Affairs. In this capacity, I continue to lead with a focus on quality education, academic innovation, and holistic student development.

Through my years of experience in teaching and academic leadership, I remain committed to fostering a learning environment where students and educators alike can thrive and grow.
