 The Basic Education Department of Saint Bernadette College of Alabang is dedicated to nurturing young minds through holistic and values-centered education.  The College Department of Saint Bernadette College of Alabang (SBCA) offers various undergraduate programs to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for professional success. Established in the academic year 1996-1997, the department has expanded its offerings to include degrees such as Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED), Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSE) with major in English, Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA), Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management (BSHRM), Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT), and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with majors in Management and Marketing Management. These programs have received government recognition from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), underscoring SBCA's commitment to delivering quality education. ​ 

 The Technical-Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Department at Saint Bernadette College of Alabang offers a variety of TESDA-accredited programs designed to equip students with practical skills for immediate employment. Courses include Caregiving NC II, Bookkeeping NC III, Commercial Cooking NC II, Food and Beverage Services NC II, and Driving NC II. The department emphasizes quality education and has been recognized for its compliance with TESDA standards. Additionally, SBCA's TVET Department has provided free online training programs, such as a 356-hour Food and Beverage Services course, demonstrating its commitment to accessible education. Graduates receive nationally recognized certifications, enhancing their employability in various industries.​
