Meet Ma'am Cornejo

Jennette F. Cornejo, MAEd 

Technical-Vocational Education Specialist | Curriculum Developer | Educational Leader in TVET

Jennette F. Cornejo, MAEd, is a dedicated and accomplished technical-vocational education and training (TVET) expert with over 20 years of experience in education management, training consultancy, and curriculum design. With a Master of Arts in Education, major in Educational Management, she has become a nationally recognized figure in the advancement of TVET in the Philippines.

As a certified TESDA assessor in Bookkeeping NC III, a TM1 Regional Expert Panel member, and a developer of competency-based assessment tools and e-learning content, Cornejo ensures that training and instructional design align with both national certification standards and industry-driven competencies. Her extensive contributions to TVET include leading institutional quality assurance initiatives and championing workforce-ready education.

Cornejo’s leadership spans multiple institutions and associations. She is the founder of Technocraft Business and Career Consultancy & Services and has held key roles at St. Bernadette College of Alabang and the ISHRM School System, where she spearheaded curriculum enhancement, program accreditation, and strategic institutional growth.

Her national impact includes contributions to high-impact training programs such as the TESDA STAR Online Program, TM Levels I and II calibration workshops, and regional panel initiatives—solidifying her reputation as a trusted thought leader in Philippine TVET.

Throughout her career, Jennette F. Cornejo has remained steadfast in her commitment to transformative education that empowers individuals with practical, in-demand skills. Whether mentoring new assessors, consulting on institutional development, or designing workforce-aligned training programs, her mission is clear: to elevate the quality of technical education and prepare learners to be agents of progress in their communities and industries.
