I am Ma. Rosario C. Rabonza, MA, currently serving as the Registrar at Saint Bernadette College of Alabang.

With a strong academic foundation and a deep commitment to educational service, I oversee the administration of student records, enrollment procedures, and academic documentation. My role is rooted in precision, confidentiality, and the efficient execution of registrar functions that directly support institutional integrity and student success.

I hold a Master of Arts in English Language Teaching from Philippine Normal University, where I also earned my Bachelor of Elementary Education, specializing in Music. These qualifications have not only strengthened my instructional background but have also enriched my understanding of communication, curriculum development, and student support systems.

To further broaden my perspective, I pursued Early Childhood Education units at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). This experience enhanced my approach to educational systems management and informed my work with global best practices, particularly in foundational learning and early academic planning.

As Registrar, I am dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of academic records, facilitating smooth student transitions, and upholding institutional policies and standards. My goal is to contribute to an academic environment that operates with both excellence and accountability.
