With a Master of Arts in English Language Teaching and a Bachelor of Elementary Education (major in Music) from Philippine Normal University, Rabonza brings a unique blend of instructional knowledge and administrative insight to her role. Furthering her expertise in education systems, she completed coursework in Early Childhood Education at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), enriching her understanding of academic planning and foundational learning within global best practices.
