Maria Ramona C. Gonzales, LPT, MAEd, is a highly experienced educational leader and English language specialist with over two decades of service in both academic instruction and school administration. She currently serves as the Principal and Part-time College Instructor at St. Bernadette College of Alabang, where she leads with a strong commitment to academic excellence, values-based education, and holistic student development.

Gonzales holds a Master of Arts in Education, major in Teaching English as a Second Language, from the University of Perpetual Help System Laguna. She has also completed the academic requirements for a Master’s in Language Education at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. Her academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of the East, Manila.

A licensed professional teacher and TESDA-certified Educational Technology Specialist in the English Language Classroom, Gonzales integrates innovative, learner-centered approaches into her work. As a member of the Philippine Association of Language Teaching, Inc., she remains engaged with evolving best practices in language instruction, curriculum development, and technology integration in education.

In her role as Principal, Gonzales oversees academic visioning, faculty development, curriculum implementation, and compliance with national education standards. She also champions inclusive practices, builds strong partnerships with parents, and cultivates a school culture rooted in excellence, integrity, and student empowerment.

Her professional journey includes serving as a full-time faculty member at Blessed Trinity School of Las Piñas and gaining cross-industry leadership experience as a restaurant manager in Fremont, California—an opportunity that enriched her skills in communication, team leadership, and operational management.
