I am Romualdo C. Rabonza, MBA, and I serve as the Vice President for Administration at Saint Bernadette College of Alabang, where I help drive the institution’s strategic growth through operational excellence and agile systems leadership.

In this role, I oversee the college’s key administrative functions, including human resources, campus operations, regulatory compliance, financial planning, and information systems. My focus is on building efficient, transparent, and responsive systems that support the college’s mission and empower both faculty and students to succeed in a dynamic academic environment.

A strong advocate for the agile management approach, I lead with principles of flexibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement—ensuring that institutional operations remain adaptive, innovative, and future-ready. I believe that effective administration is not just about keeping things running—it's about creating systems that accelerate sustainable growth.

My academic foundation includes a Master of Science in Computer Science from AMA Makati, an MBA from Saint Francis College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Management from the University of Perpetual Help Rizal. I further expanded my leadership capabilities by completing the Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Administrator’s Course under the California Department of Social Services, gaining valuable insights into care, compliance, and organizational leadership.

With a leadership style rooted in positivity, purpose, and momentum, I strive to foster a culture of operational excellence that aligns with the college’s vision while meeting the evolving demands of modern education.
