Saint Bernadette College of Alabang "Empowering Systems. Accelerating Growth."
As Vice President for Administration at Saint Bernadette College of Alabang, I take great pride in contributing to the strategic direction and operational strength of our institution. My role centers on ensuring that the administrative foundation of the college runs with efficiency, integrity, and a deep commitment to service.
I oversee key areas such as human resources, campus operations, regulatory compliance, information systems, and financial planning. My goal is to establish systems that are not only efficient but also responsive—enabling our academic community to thrive in a fast-evolving educational landscape.
As a firm proponent of the agile management approach, I champion flexibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all administrative processes. I believe that agility is essential to fostering innovation, enhancing decision-making, and empowering teams to meet challenges with confidence and clarity.
My academic background includes a Master of Science in Computer Science from AMA Makati and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Francis College in Las Piñas. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Computer Management from the University of Perpetual Help Rizal, also in Las Piñas.
In addition, I completed the Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Administrator’s Course under the California Department of Social Services, broadening my understanding of care administration and organizational leadership—skills that continue to shape my holistic approach to management.
I lead with a mindset rooted in positivity, purpose, and momentum—fostering a culture of excellence that electrifies the institution and drives us toward agile, sustainable progress.
