Educator, HR Specialist, and Student Leader Mentor
Mr. Carlo Labrador, MBA, is a dedicated College Professor and Senior High School Teacher at St. Bernadette College of Alabang, where he has a profound impact on the academic and personal growth of his students. He is currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA), where he plays a key role in supporting the academic administration and overseeing the smooth functioning of academic processes.
Previously, Mr. Labrador served as the Faculty Assistant to the Dean at St. Bernadette College of Alabang, where he worked closely with the academic leadership team to enhance the academic experience for both students and faculty. He also holds the position of Student Council Moderator, mentoring student leaders and fostering an environment of academic excellence and responsibility.
In addition to his academic roles, Mr. Labrador has an extensive background in Human Resources. He has held significant HR positions, including HR Coordinator at Starbike Corporation, Human Resources Specialist at Fast TAT Credit Services Inc., and HR Employee Relations Specialist at MEGA INTEL, where he developed expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and HR management.
Mr. Labrador is an educator with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), majoring in Human Resource Development Management, from DFCAM College of Las Piñas City. He also completed Trainers Methodology Level 1 & 2 at TESDA Training School, further enhancing his expertise in training and development.
Through his extensive experience in both education and human resources, Mr. Carlo Labrador remains a dedicated mentor, committed to guiding students toward academic success and professional growth.
