Angeline S. Gregorio is a dynamic Human Resource Officer and Licensed Professional Teacher with a strong academic and professional foundation in human resource development and business administration. With over four years of progressive experience in the human resources field, she specializes in recruitment, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
Currently serving at St. Bernadette College of Alabang, Gregorio plays a key role in shaping a positive and performance-driven workplace culture. She oversees the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring that the college attracts top-tier talent aligned with its mission and values. Her responsibilities also include payroll processing, attendance monitoring, benefits administration, and the implementation of strategic faculty and staff training programs in collaboration with department heads.
Gregorio’s HR approach is defined by empathy, efficiency, and strategic foresight—fostering an environment where employees feel supported, engaged, and empowered to succeed.
Her prior experience as an Administrative Staff member at Parkmedia Trading Corporation further refined her operational competencies. In that role, she managed timekeeping, government permit processing, and sales order coordination—developing a strong eye for detail, organization, and cross-functional communication.
Academically, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Human Resource Development Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, and has recently completed a Certificate in Teaching Program, expanding her versatility in both educational and corporate settings.
