THE FACILITIES DEPARTMENT

Hi, I'm Sir Luis, Head of Campus Management.

I am responsible for overseeing the planning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our campus facilities to ensure a safe, sustainable, and efficient environment for students, faculty, and staff. My role focuses on campus infrastructure development, facilities operations, safety protocols, and strategic resource management—key areas that support the overall academic and operational excellence of our institution.

I am a proud graduate of the Mapúa Institute of Technology, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. During my academic journey, I was honored to be part of the Honor Society, recognized as a consistent College Dean’s Lister, and ranked Top 6 in my graduating class. These accomplishments reflect my dedication to excellence and my passion for continuous learning and growth.

With a strong background in engineering and campus operations, I am committed to creating and maintaining a campus environment that fosters innovation, productivity, and well-being. I believe that effective campus management plays a vital role in enhancing the student experience and supporting the institution’s long-term vision.
