Luis Vergel De Guzman serves as the Head of Campus Management at Saint Bernadette College of Alabang, where he leads the strategic planning, maintenance, and enhancement of the campus’s physical infrastructure. A graduate of the Mapúa Institute of Technology, Engr. De Guzman holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and was recognized for his academic distinction as a College Dean’s Lister, Honor Society member, and Top 6 graduate of his class.
With extensive expertise in electrical engineering and facilities operations, he oversees key functions including infrastructure development, safety compliance, energy management, and strategic resource allocation.
